TRUST

Security, privacy, and control are separate obligations.

Caelum's public trust posture explains the boundaries we can defend today. It does not manufacture certifications or imply that a public website grants access to private operating systems.

No certification or regulatory claim should be inferred unless it is stated explicitly in a signed agreement or current published attestation.

Access control

Private systems are designed around identity first and application authority second. Authentication alone is not membership. Membership alone does not imply access to every department or operating surface.

Data boundaries

Public presentation, authenticated application state, operator controls, financial custody, intelligence state, and evidence stores are treated as different exposure classes. Bounded projections are preferred over broad table access.

Evidence posture

Where a workflow requires a durable record, Caelum systems favor receipts, hashes, version identity, provenance, and explicit state over unverifiable success messages.
