Terms of use
These terms govern use of the public Caelum website and public materials. They do not replace a separate executed agreement governing authenticated or contracted services.
Effective September 16, 2026. If a signed agreement conflicts with these website terms for a contracted service, the signed agreement controls for that service.
Site identity
Caelum Corp by Mediator Solutions. Applicable executed agreements identify the contracting entity and control where they apply.
Permitted use
You may use the public website for lawful evaluation of Caelum Corp, its systems, published materials, and access information. You may not use the website to interfere with services, evade access controls, impersonate another person, distribute malware, or facilitate unlawful activity.
Security testing
Public access does not authorize scanning, exploitation, credential testing, denial-of-service activity, or other active security testing. Authorized testing requires a separate written scope.
Intellectual property
Caelum names, marks, visual assets, software, documentation, and other proprietary materials remain owned by their respective rights holders. Website access does not transfer ownership or grant rights beyond ordinary viewing unless expressly stated.
Availability and information
Public materials may change and may describe systems at different stages of implementation. Unless expressly committed in a signed agreement, public materials are informational and are not a service-level promise, warranty, financial advice, legal advice, or guarantee of a particular outcome.
Separate agreements
Authenticated, enterprise, security-testing, data-processing, support, or other services may require separate terms, order documents, scopes, or schedules. Those documents govern their subject matter when applicable.
