REACH Intelligence
A private intelligence department for permitted-source observation, receipted telemetry, temporal trace context, research validation, and bounded operator delivery.
Department role
REACH is governed by Caelum Corp while remaining an independently owned implementation body. Caelum carries department identity, access, health, bounded capabilities, and authorized projections. REACH retains its own intelligence semantics and runtime implementation.
Operating loop
REACH coordinates bounded work, preserves temporal traces, refines intelligence readiness, forms governed delivery objects, and exposes them through controlled operator access. The operator remains the decision authority.
A raw scrape, unresolved correlation, or generated sample is not automatically finished intelligence.
Trace graph
The Reach Trace Graph records and presents journeys, handshakes, and traversals. A trace is evidence of a recorded path, not automatic proof of identity, intent, causation, motive, or destination correctness.
Delivery and webhooks
Live webhook delivery requires authenticated endpoints, idempotency, and receipt proof. External delivery remains a bounded interface; it does not expose internal REACH topology by default.
