BANKING AND FINANCIAL INTEGRITY ENGINE

BFIE

A deterministic financial-integrity engine for financial state, reference custody, constrained allocation, and receipted decision support.

What it does

BFIE evaluates account state, financial reference data, allocation constraints, and policy before a financial recommendation or controlled action is accepted. It is built for situations where the answer must be reproducible after the fact, not merely plausible in the moment.

Its default failure posture is HOLD. Missing, stale, inconsistent, or policy-conflicting inputs do not become permission by inference.

Integrity model

  • Reference snapshots are preserved as immutable custody records.
  • Deterministic runs carry stable input and output hashes.
  • Account, risk, reference, and upstream intelligence state remain distinct inputs.
  • Operator views receive bounded outputs rather than raw custody tables.
  • Receipts connect a recommendation or allocation result to the state used to produce it.

Relationship to REACH

REACH may provide bounded intelligence context. BFIE does not convert that intelligence into execution authority. Financial integrity and allocation remain constrained by account state, policy, reference truth, and explicit operating boundaries.

Boundary

BFIE is an engine, not a public banking product, brokerage, accounting service, or promise of financial performance. Public descriptions explain the control model; authenticated operator surfaces carry operational state.
